Who am I and why should you listen to me?

Hi, I’m Carolyn Caputo—Breathwork Guide, Chronic Pain Recovery Mentor, and Nervous System Whisperer. In case we’ve never met (gasp), here’s the short story: I

 help women 40+ heal chronic symptoms by rewiring their nervous system, releasing emotional stress, and using the breath as medicine.

I've spent the past 10+ years guiding ambitious, deep-feeling humans—from entrepreneurs and healers to wellness junkies and self-help veterans—back to the wisdom of their body.

My work blends nervous system science, energy healing, somatic therapy, and breathwork to create real, lasting relief from pain, fatigue, and mystery symptoms that modern medicine can't explain.

Why do I do this?

Because I’ve lived it.

I was the strong one. The go-getter. The one who had it all together—until my body said otherwise. After years of burnout and a mystery illness that left me bedridden for months, I stopped chasing fixes… and started listening to what my body was really trying to say.  

Now, I teach others how to do the same—because healing doesn’t happen through hustle. It happens through safety, stillness, and remembering that your body isn’t the enemy. It’s the guide.
